Battered Savs might not seem like the toughest team to play but they have a lot of talent, what they may lack in hitters they make up for in defense and comradery!

First Set - What an awesome set, unlike most games our serving was spot on, For a change calling was easily heard through the centre and the hustle was a spectacular! We won this set very convincingly and there was a good positive buzz in the air! Kudo's goes out to Mr Josh Fitzgerald who did a great job setting whilst i was in front court...superb job thats why he has my vote for MVP! i think Set score was around 25-18 or so!

Second Set - We were off to a crap start, i really have no f****n idea what happened, we were flat footed for the best part of about 10 points till matt called a timeout, we composed ourselves and decided to not be so serious and have a bit of fun with it.... that we did.... getting back from about 18-6 down to a very challenging 18-25, was very pleased with our fight back!

Third Set - We were off to a good start till we couldn't return the ball or get that first dig up for a good set. Unfortunately there was abit of in team bickering, telling what and what not to do which really gave us all a very negative vibe, i sensed this and decided to calla timeout...after telling everyone that we gotta get positive and not be so god damn negative we came out firing.... and at 14-18 the horn blew ending the match ....we ended up losing to the clock in my opinion because we were on a role!

Either way i was very impressed with the way we hustled and actually worked together, Job well done fellas and superb game ....
